What Determines Your Final Price
The indicative ranges above represent typical project parameters. Your confirmed fixed price is determined during the scoping phase based on the factors below. Scoping is always provided at no cost to you.
The number of distinct components, integrations and technical dependencies in a project drives complexity. A single-page website differs enormously from a multi-user web application with database architecture and third-party API connections. Complexity is always assessed transparently during scoping.
The precise list of outputs documents, codebases, configurations, reports, training materials directly determines the price. Larger scopes command higher fees. Smaller, well-defined projects sit at the lower end of the range. Every deliverable is listed explicitly in your proposal.
Standard timelines are built into every proposal. If you require accelerated delivery due to business urgency, this may affect pricing. All timeline expectations are agreed in writing before work commences we do not proceed under ambiguous timelines.
Engagements requiring niche technical expertise specialist cloud platforms, enterprise-grade security implementations, uncommon frameworks or legacy system interfaces are priced to reflect the expertise required. Standard technology stacks sit at the lower end of the range.
Greenfield projects those built from scratch are generally more straightforward to scope and price. Engagements involving legacy systems, existing codebases or complex pre-existing infrastructure may require additional discovery time, which is reflected in the proposal.
All projects include standard documentation. Engagements requiring extensive technical documentation, regulatory compliance documentation, user training manuals or architectural specifications command higher fees proportional to the documentation scope agreed at the outset.

Frequently Asked Questions
Everything on this page is designed to make pricing simple, transparent and commercially clear for both Zelvra and the client.

All projects are quoted on a fixed-fee basis. We do not present clients with open-ended hourly billing after project commencement. Your written proposal defines the scope and the corresponding invoice amount.
What happens if the scope changes mid-project? +
If you request work outside the agreed written scope, we pause and issue a separate change quote before proceeding. We never add undocumented charges to the original invoice.
